How are the numbers picked?
Winning ticket numbers are selected manually in a live drawing, with witnesses present to ensure transparency and fairness.
The selection process is entirely independent of any electronic devices; all winning numbers are drawn using a non-digital, manual method.
The ticket number drawn during the official drawing constitutes the sole winning ticket. In the event of any announcement, printing, or display errors occurring before, during, or after the event, such errors shall be deemed void.
